All downloads are delivered upon purchase as a compressed .zip folder containing the .mp3 files and a .jpg of the album artwork. We may be able to provide full liner notes upon request. LP purchases may come with a link for a free digital download of the record as .mp3s — details are included on each product page.     Our catalog is available for download PDF here, it can be viewed, printed and/or downloaded 24/7. To be placed on our catalog mailing list, please submit your postal information via email store@quinnrecords.net.
  • What is your return policy on items bought at shows/festivals?
    We only accept damaged or defective items purchased from our artists at shows or festivals in return for the same items in proper condition. See our return policy for more information.
  • I want to buy Quinn Records TM music in stores. Where can I find it?
    All Quinn Records TM titles are distributed by CDB/Alliance distribution and should be available at your local music store. If the store does not stock the Quinn Records TM title you seek, we suggest that you ask your local store to order it. Or you can order the title through our online store, we offer same-day Shipping whenever you order by 2:00PM., Mon-Fri., we offer up to a 20% discount off list price and Free shipping on all orders of $25.00 or more.
  • I am a member of the press/ media; how do I get music and information?

    In our attempt to stay on top of today's changes in the music industry our Radio Servicing program now offer our releases in two formats CD and Digital so we created a Radio Sign Up Form that will allow the Radio/Music professional to select the format that they prefer to receive from us. We are in hopes that this will greatly improve our continued working relationship with Radio Professionals.     Cut-outs, promos, Full-Length LPs', breached CDs, special order products, record clubs are one way and altered garments are not returnable.

  • Shipping
    SHIPPING INFORMATION All orders are shipped f.o.b. St. Louis, MO. (ZIP code 63101) via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the shipping destination and on the weight of all items ordered. For some orders, USPS Priority Shipping is available. Please note that all orders placed over the weekend, including FedEx, will not be processed until the next business day. All orders take at least 1 business day to process. You will receive a confirmation email from Quinn Records TM upon placing your order and another when your order has shipped. If it’s been less than a couple of weeks since you’ve placed your order and you’ve not received an email notification that your order has been completed, it’s likely we’re backed up and we’re still working on your order. If it’s been longer than that, feel free to ask and we’ll update you. Each shipment will have a tracking number that can be used to monitor its delivery. Once we’ve put an order in the mail, the matter is out of our hands, and all questions and concerns should be directed to USPS or your country’s postal service. If you have any questions about your order or need to change an address, please email us at customerservice@quinnrecords.net You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
